These reviews were the reason I chose Kumler to work on my car. Unfortunately, my experience was very much the opposite. The repairs were great, once they were completed, but getting there was a nightmare. The car was in the shop almost 2 weeks, and I heard nothing! Had to reach out to them to find out what was happening with the car. At this point, the insurance is frustrated about the rental. (Rightfully so). The delays continued, some legit, some soley on the fault of the shop. They didn’t want to take accountability for the issues with the rental and couldn’t seem to work with the insurance agency based on their own mistakes and delays. I have worked with other local body shops in Lancaster and I can assure you, I had zero issues like I had here. My business will be where the standard is upheld.

Howie Graf and the entire staff at Kumler Automotive are top-notch; very courteous and professional. My most recent service was completed in a timely manner and as planned. Howie even took the time to call me on an item that was part of the planned service; just to make me aware. My truck was test driven and all service items were clearly explained on my invoice. Great job!

Kumler fixed body damage to my car after being rear ended. They were super courteous and professional, and the car was finished when they said it would be. I received text updates on the progress while they had my car. Their work is excellent. They have been around a long time for a good reason.

They did a very large repair on our car. These folks at Kumler made it look brand new. You’d never know it was ever rear ended!!
